1. Notice of Claimed Infringement Procedure

If you believe that your copyrighted material has been reproduced, published, or made accessible through our platform in a manner that constitutes infringement, please submit a formal written notification containing the following details to our Designated Copyright Agent:

1. A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (e.g., URL or specific article title).
3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material.
4. Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you: address, telephone number, and email address.
5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate, and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

If material you posted was removed pursuant to a DMCA notice and you believe this was due to a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a formal Counter-Notification to our agent under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3).
